	XSitePro is crashing!

Solution Is XSitePro crashing or have you received any of the following error messages and then XSitePro quits and closes down?;

'Windows has encountered a problem and needs to close'

'This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt.'

These errors are usually caused by a conflict on your system. Could you try the following?;

1) Could you try uninstalling .NET from you system and then reinstalling .NET 2.0. Go to START > CONTROL PANEL > ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS. If you have multiple versions of .NET you will need to remove them in reverse order, for example, 3.5, then 3.0, then 2.0. You can then re install .NET 2.0 here;

2) Could you make sure your system has all the latest updates?;

3) Are you using the latest version of XSitePro? You can check by going HELP > CHECK FOR UPDATES...

4) If you are still getting this error could you reinstall XSitePro?;

As long as you do not delete your data folder your projects will remain intact.

5) If you are still having problems then please submit a support ticket. Please include as much information as possible so that we can help you as quickly as we can;

a) Detailed description of the error
b) The error message you receive
c) A screenshot if necessary
d) An export of your website;

To export:-

1. Open XSitePro.
2. In the Project tree in the left hand column, select the website that you wish to export and right click.
3. Select "Export".
4. Save the exported website as 'YOURNAME.xse'.
